With the intuitive software interface, conference rooms can be booked and room assignments displayed on digital signage. The room assignments appear automatically on the TFT monitors installed at the rooms. A screen in the lobby – which also functions as a welcome sign and information board – displays the room overview and directs visitors along the correct path. The guests easily find their destinations without burdening the staff.
