Kapsch TrafficCom AG has today acquired 11,047,017 shares in Norwegian Q-Free ASA 

Vienna, January 16, 2009 - Kapsch TrafficCom AG (ISIN AT000KAPSCH9), listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange in the prime market segment, today acquired 11,047,017 shares in Q-Fee ASA at a price of NOK 10.00 per share, representing 20.47% of the outstanding shares in Q-Fee ASA. Following the acquisition, Kapsch TrafficCom AG holds 20.47% of the shares and votes in Q-Fee ASA.
