Kapsch Telematics Platform is a modular software system for implementing secondary telematics applications on basis of the Kapsch toll system. The platform enables ETC operators to utilize the Kapsch toll system for traffic management, traffic planning, safety & security, end user mobility services, as well as for various industry solutions.

The Kapsch Telematics Platform acts as a "telematics toolbox" providing ready-to-use applications for the most common use cases (e.g. generation of real-time traffic data). In order to provide maximum flexibility the pre-configured applications can be extended and customized according to specific customer requirements on project basis. The platform is an open system allowing integration with existing 3rd-party systems such as traffic management centers or traffic planning tools.
