In June 2007, the managing board (Vorstand) and supervisory board (Aufsichtsrat) resolved to apply the rules of the Austrian Code of Corporate Governance (the Code) as far as they are consistent with the specific situation of the company. The Code as amended in January 2010 is available for download under www.corporate-governance.at on the website of the Austrian Working Group for Corporate Governance. The evaluation of compliance with the Code is made by the compliance officer together with internal audit on an annual basis.
