2010/11 was a trend-setting fiscal year for our Group: in all three business segments, we managed to carve out strong positions on the market or cement and extend such positions. This heralded the start of a new chapter in the history of the company – a chapter in which we rely on our traditional strengths as a family-run enterprise while at the same time moving into international markets and exploring opportunities: with outstanding products and solutions, top-quality service and sustained responsibility for society and the environment.

This is what prompted us to present an annual report on the Kapsch Group for the very first time. As an added pleasure, this gives us an opportunity to report on the most profitable fiscal year in the history of our company.
