This year, Kapsch is focusing in particular on applications for mobile devices.

Hotel infotainment to go
Mobile Infotainment from Kapsch for example means that hotel operators can make information already visible on touchscreens and info-terminals available to guests for downloading to their smartphones and tablet PCs. Menus, the current seminar programme, the events calendar and the digital hotel newspaper can this way be viewed throughout the hotel at any time. This "mobile expansion" of the information system increases the level of comfort and convenience precisely where distances are an issue and there is a significant need for information, such as in hotels, holiday resorts and camping sites.
Digital signs: managed centrally, downloadable anywhere
At the trade fair, Kapsch will be presenting Digital Signage, a product that enables digital signs to be managed centrally in and around the hotel. Daily offers and changing information are easy and quick to display for guests at all info-points. Apart from info-screens throughout the hotel, it is also possible to integrate guests' smartphones and tablets. This makes it easy to access floor plans and show visitors where to go. Internally, hotel staff can book and digitally sign conference rooms using the intuitive software.
Broad portfolio for hospitality and hotel industry
