Operational services relating to the telecommunication and IT infrastructure outside the core business services are being outsourced more and more by public and private network operators. The performance of these operational services for national or international networks is a complex process which involves different activities and which we tailor individually for our customers on the basis of contractually agreed criteria (quantitatively and qualitatively measurable service levels). Generally, the IOC is located at the Kapsch CarrierCom service site and has direct links for remote access to the networks. If, in special cases, a professional environment is available we can set up an IOC at the customer's site and deploy the necessary engineers there.
