Ingolf Planer, new Member of the Board of Kapsch CarrierCom AG

Starting from January 2008 there will be a change in the Management Board of Kapsch CarrierCom AG. Ingolf Planer MBA, until now Managing Director of Kapsch Components KG was appointed as CFO at Kapsch CarrierCom. In his new position he will be responsible for the departments Finance & Administration, Legal & Partner Management and Business Development and HR.

"Due to his successful performance for many years within the Kapsch Group, Mag. Planer is perfectly suitable for his new responsibilities and surely will contribute a lot of impetus to Kapsch CarrierCom", said Dr. Kari Kapsch, Member of the Board of Kapsch AG.

Ingolf Planer, MBA	Ingolf Planer (35) started his career at the Industry Federation Austria after finishing his business economics studies at the Vienna University of Economics and graduating as MBA at the University of Chicago (USA). At the same time he was Managing Director of the "Junge Industrie" in Vienna. In November 2001 Mag. Planer changed to Kapsch AG, where he started as Board Assistant. In 2002 he was appointed as Managing Director of Kapsch Components KG and Kapsch Components GmbH. Since Mai 2006, Ingolf Planer was Managing Director of Kapsch Consulting Beteiligungs GmbH and their foreign subsidiaries, and since 2007 Director International Subsidiaries of Kapsch TrafficCom AG. Starting from January 2008 Ingolf Planer will be responsible for the departments Finance & Administration, Legal & Partner Management as well as Business Development and HR at Kapsch CarrierCom. One of his main goals is the continuation of the reorientation and internationalization of Kapsch CarrierCom AG.

During his spare time Ingolf Planer dedicates himself to his family, in particular to his children. He likes to practice sports such as football and skiing.
